Welcome to On A Whim Designs. On A Whim Designs is a small handmade jewellery business based in rural SW of WA and run solely by myself. I started the business in 2011, creating glass tile jewellery, and have slowly moved into pretty much exclusively polymer clay earrings.

My polymer pieces are all hand crafted by me. The handcrafted nature of these pieces means that no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. When making repeats of items, there will always be some differences in clay colour, patterning, size and so on.
To order earrings, please head to the retail section of the website to see all currently available styles. Prices will vary depending on the style and complexity of the item (wholesale cost is 60% of retail price as seen on the website). If you would like to order, or request information on the specific prices on items, please note the items number/s and Contact Me for further information.
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please order in the main store front. Ensure you have entered required quantity in the cart for each type of item ordered (remembering that many items are one off items and you will only be able to add 1 of each of those items to your cart). You can also add any notes you wish in the Notes to Seller window at checkout. Please select Direct Deposit as the payment method, and Personal Pickup as the Shipping Method. I will then email you with an amended invoice with wholesale prices and postage costs.
Alternatively, you can email me your order using item numbers and I will forward an invoice to you for payment.
Processing time of order will depend on the number and type of items ordered. In general please allow a processing time of 5 days – if I need longer to complete a large or complex order you will be advised when your order is received.
Postage is at purchaser’s expense. Parcels will be sent via Australia Post. All parcels are tracked and can be sent with insurance if requested. Postage costs will be advised once order is completed, as it will vary according to the size (weight) of the order. Express Parcel Post is available on application. Please wait for notification of postage cost before making payment. Items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Up to 500g – $9
Up to 3kg – $18
Up to 5kg – $22

Please retain all item packaging and labels. If items are removed from bags for display purposes, please ensure that they are returned to the bags with their backing cards included. These cards include product information, as well as my details, and must be kept with all items.
